General Description of the Job Class

Manage and maintain a variety of data used in support of analytical and/or research projects.

Duties and Responsibilities of this Level

Develop and maintain a database to track and monitor data collection. Produce reports on status of data collection.

Prepare and maintain files for data. Enter data.

Administer individual or group interviews, conduct observations, and collect data from archival records. Coordinate interviewer schedules. Recommend new methods for collection and documentation of data. Revise procedural manuals as needed.

Assist in training of interview staff, and in developing training materials.

Supervise work-study students and/or temporary employees in data entry. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education

Work requires Associates in Computer Science or equivalent technical training, or non-technical Bachelors.

Experience

2 years data management, research, or medical experience.

Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
