General Description of the Job Class

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager of the marketing departments by monitoring and appropriately directing social media reputation management reviews, website contacts (Formstacks), social media (FB) comments and other inquiries routed via marketing services. Additionally, the position maintains updated GMB (Google My Business) listings for hospitals and providers.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education

Minimum of a two-year associate's degree with a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations and/or marketing preferred.

Experience

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Outstanding organizational skills are necessary to support multiple and various projects. Finally, this position requires the ability to collaborate and communicate with a multitude of key stakeholders, both internal and external.
