General Description of the Job Class
To oversee day to day operational aspects, as well as metric driven goal attainment of EEG services and outpatient Imaging Center as assigned. Coordination with clinicians and staff to ensure effective communication between administration, staff, and provider network. Maintain daily workflow, staffing, and facility assets, structured to drive preferred outcomes.
Will play a critical role in ensuring high quality, efficient, and consistent care to patients and customers. Maintain supply levels and ordering of clinical equipment for all service lines. Ensure general regulatory compliance with all state and federal agencies that oversee all service lines. Work closely with the Director of Imaging Services toward growth and development of EEG services and the Imaging Center, including other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
Required Qualifications at this Level
Education
High School education required. Graduation from a business college or junior college business program is preferred.
Experience
Experience in outpatient medical billing, patient scheduling, and office coordination required. A working knowledge of computers is required. Must possess excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills and have experience in team coordination. Supervisory and EEG experience in a healthcare setting, greater than one year, is required.
