General Description of the Job Class
Implements and supports facility and regional desktop equipment, and is a technical resource responding to end user desktop incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk. Will also be responsible for mentoring, supporting and training end users.

Required Qualifications at this Level
Education
High School Degree. Associates degree or higher in Information Systems Technology is preferred.
Experience
4 or more years of system support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
