General Description of the Job Class

Assists with establishing and implementing goals, policies, procedures, schedules, priorities and development of departmental budget. Works with Director and COO to ensure that the condominium records and leases are kept current an accurate. Assist in purchasing items for the hospital from the capital furniture pool, and tracks expenses. Liaison between the MOB tenants and the hospital, for customer satisfaction and resolution of problems.

Duties and Responsibilities of this Level

Demonstrates consistent patterns in the following categories: Medical Office Building Management. Ensures that the medical office buildings are maintained in a safe, clean, presentable manner. Documents service and maintain records on all areas where work has been performed; supervises contractors who perform work in MOB's. Distributes customer evaluations to business managers in the building semi-annually, produces reports to administration based on responses. Works with lease preparation and maintains leasing database. Keeps Director and COO informed of pending lease renewals and CPI increases. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction with rental properties. Coordinates and schedules moves for departments and offices on the campus; supervises moves. Provides update information for building directories following relocations and vacancies. Performs purchasing functions as need for Engineering and Facilities Department. Purchases furniture for all departments within the hospital. Maintains an inventory of furniture that is available for use at the facility Maintains orderly and systemized files Condominium Association Acts as secretary for condominium associations Maintains records of all meetings and distributes to all shareholders in the association. Tracks expenses, provides quarterly reports to Administration. Ensures completion and distribution of condo tax returns Facilities Project Tracking Develop and implement process to track projects by deadlines. Receive progress reports from contractors to maintain tracking of projects. Maintain and update move schedule for Facility Services Ensures correction and follow up for all items addressed in the Health Department and Fire Marshall Surveys. Maintains records for JACHO compliances. Assist with record maintenance

Graduate of a 2 year degree program in related field OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
