Supervisory Responsibility:
General Description of the Job Class
Ensure efficient workflows and consistent approach to clinical policies, procedures, practices, and safety. Manage Clinical outcomes, MU, and quality initiatives as assigned. Developing and fostering relationships with various payors. Work cohesively with clinicians on patient intake and clinical AMR.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
Required Qualifications at this Level
Education
Registered Nurse (active status, NC). BS Degree Preferred.
Experience
At least 5 years of nursing experience, with ambulatory practice experience preferred.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
Current North Carolina Nursing License or Compact Licensure Agreement required.
