General Description of the Job Class

This position is responsible for managing a department/area. This includes leading the team, developing strategic priorities, managing a budget, driving performance, making key decisions for their respective areas. Areas may include but are not limited to IT, Marketing, Health Information Management, Supply Chain, and Admissions.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health or related field preferred.

Experience

Five years of relevant experience in field of responsibility.
