General Description of the Job Class

The position will lead the of Lake Norman finance and operational teams as well as driving changes as necessary with other Duke entities or affiliates.

Duties and Responsibilities of this Level

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is required. Master's degree in Business, Finance, Hospital Administration or related field is preferred.

Experience

Ten years of progressive leadership experience is required. Relevant health care finance experience is preferred.

Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification

CPA preferred
