General Description of the Job Class
Exercise leadership responsibility over the practice of Nursing at Duke Health Lake Norman Regional as a member of the hospital executive team.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
Required Qualifications at this Level
Education
BSN or MSN required.?? Doctorate in Nursing is preferred.
Experience
Ten years of nursing experience is required with at least 7 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. Nurses hired into leadership positions must obtain a nursing leadership certification within one year of hire.
