Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of DUMAC activities.
Review, draft and negotiate legal agreements for: commingled and separate account investments in public equities, private capital, fixed income, real estate, natural resources, hedge funds, and other investments; co-investments; derivative transactions (ISDA agreements, confirmations); prime brokerage; and other professional services. Participate in various aspects of the investment decision making process.
Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of DUMAC activities.
Research and provide advice on tax related issues.
Oversee compliance and corporate documentation processes.
Participate in developing policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Education/Training: | J.D. degree, licensed to practice in North Carolina (or a commitment to become so licensed within 12 months of date of hire). |
