Plan and implement all marketing communications as part of an overall strategic marketing plan for the Executive Education program at the Fuqua School of Business. Serve as field researcher and program administrator as assigned.
Innovate, plan and manage a direct mail marketing strategy to include market analysis, creation of communication vehicles and the fulfillment process; prepare budget, manage costs and work with outside vendors in the design and fulfillment process.
Collect market data, including advertising data, participant data, data on competitive programs and institutions, and data on human resources professional participant sponsors for use in making informed strategic marketing decisions.
Serve as program administrator to manage assigned Executive Education programs; participate in field research for developing tailored programs.
Work with the Fuqua Communication Department to promote Executive Education in the media; work with consultants and others as appropriate to provide updated information on program dates and content for publication.
Work with faculty to continually update program content information in order to provide accurate communication about Executive Education's product portfolio and program capabilities.
Monitor and determine the effectiveness of programs through evaluation tracking and post program research. Work with faculty Academic Program Directors to develop a screening process and communicate participant profiles to prospective participants to help in self screening in order to create an optimum mix for enhancing the learning exchange process. Manage advertising activities to include preparation of advertising budget, planning campaigns, working with design firms, implementing advertising plan with media vendors and maintaining relationships with media; work with design groups to design and produce an annual program catalog series, including budgeting, bidding processes and design company selection and direction.
Recommend various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers and vacation schedules.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Education/Training: | Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. |
Experience: | Work requires five years experience in public relations, marketing, sales and promotions, program development/administration or a related field in order to acquire skills necessary to manage marketing and program administration activities for executive education programs. An MBA may be substituted for two years of experience. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE |
