Assist the Director in the administrative management and coordination for the admissions functions at the Fuqua School of Business to include the recruitment and selection of student applications for admission and assigned programmatic responsibilities.
Coordinate and participate in activities involved in the recruitment and selection of student applicants for admission to the Fuqua School of Business.
Analyze qualifications of prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines and criteria, reviewing unusual circumstances with Director as appropriate; serve on the Admissions Committee of the Fuqua School.
Correspond and/or meet with prospective students, applicants and others seeking information on admissions standards, academic and non academic programs and student activities; travel as necessary for receptions, forums and corporate presentations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Coordinate assigned programmatic responsibilities such as design and implementation of the Minority Workshop and design and preparation of literature and application materials; serve on Fuquas Financial Aid Committee; participate in or coordinate special project activities as assigned by the Director.
Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
Supervise the work of graduate student assistants as appropriate.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
