Occupational Summary

Position translates the Leadership & Organization Development mission into objectives, goals, and metrics for technology learning and development.

Work Performed

Develops, delivers, and evaluates technical course offerings to campus and DUHS customers.

Collaborates with L&OD director and senior consultants in providing processes and tools for collecting and presenting 360 performance and development feedback for campus and DUHS senior leaders.

Collaborates with CHRO, Duke Medicine and L&OD Director in providing process and tool for collecting, analyzing, and presenting succession management data and results for critical talent and critical positions in Duke Medicine.

Collaborates with L&OD Director and team leaders and HR leaders in DUHS entities for developing and delivering SAP performance management training for managers and employees.

Gathers and analyzes knowledge from managers and employees as input for assessing the effectiveness of learning and development to be used to improve to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance of managers and employees.

Coordinates with vendors and L&OD staff in planning and implementing the semiannual course offerings schedule and monitors progress toward successful implementation.

Designs, develops, and delivers L&OD tools for documenting and reporting staff work contributions, e.g., weekly and monthly reports and annual performance goals and objectives

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education/Training:

A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, education or related discipline or combination of requisite education and experience is required.

 

Experience:

Position requires three years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating technology learning and development, especially Microsoft suite of products and services. One year of experience utilizing 360 performance data also required.
