Provide management for the administration of the Buy@Duke program.
Serve as the liaison with constituents at all levels within Duke to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the program.
Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide information that can be used to educate and inform customers of opportunities to optimize the use of Buy@Duke within their department.
Develop and maintain dashboards that will measure the key metrics for tracking utlization of Buy@Duke by the departments.
Work with departments and divisions to setup workflow and rolesin Buy@Duke also recognizing unique existing customer business and operational procurement processes, solict feedback for improvements to the program and identify opportunities to increase Buy@Duke usage.
Develop and execute effective communication regarding program updates and enhancements to department business managers.
Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to the Director of Contracting and Sourcing for constituents at all levels of the organization including the RACI steering committee and Board of Trustees.
Partner with internal technical resources as needed to ensure the Buy@Duke tool is delivering on the stated goals and metrics of the project.
Develop and maintain documentation reference materials pertaining to the Buy@Duke program on Procurement website.
Partner with SciQuest and Duke IT resources to implement vendor catalogs and coordinate resolution of support issues.
Education/Training: | Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field |
Experience: | Five years experience managing a procurement program & system. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE |
