Occupational Summary
MONITOR THE POOL AREA AND ALL SWIMMERS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS. PERFORM RESCUE OPERATIONS AS NEEDED. MAKE SURE THE POOL AND POOL AREA ARE CLEAN AND USABLE. MUST BE LIFEGUARD CERTIFIED.
Work Performed
Oversee open swim time in fitness centers.
Make sure that participants are acting in a safe manner.
Perform rescue operations in the event that a participant needs assistance.
Make sure that the pool and pool area are clean and usable.
Notify the Center Director if maintenance is needed.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
