Occupational Summary
Coordinate and participate in routine manual duties involved in delivering and stocking supplies and materials.
Work Performed
Deliver supplies and materials to various locations and obtain signatures for delivered items; set priorities for items to be delivered.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventories of supplies and materials; move and stock supplies and materials in accordance with prescribed procedures.
Maintain daily activity log to include records of delivery activity, vehicle mileage, and other dispatch information. Pick up, sort, and deliver mail as required.
Maintain storeroom and other assigned areas in a clean and orderly manner. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Qualifications at this Level
Education/Training
Work requires the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions generally acquired through a partial high school education. Work requires frequent lifting and carrying.
Experience
Work requires six months experience as a delivery clerk.
OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
NC Drivers License required.
