Perform routine technical duties in the andrology and embryology laboratories involved in assisted reproduction.
Perform routine technical duties in conducting In Vitro Fertilization Laboratory procedures.
Perform routine Andrology and Embryology tests and procedures as written in protocol manual. Verify results and quality control data for accuracy and reliability.
Provide feedback to physicians and clinical staff regarding results of tests and procedures. Perform and document all quality control, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Assist in inventory management.
Assist in establishing new laboratory procedures.
Participate in the maintenance of laboratory records and databases. Train new employees in tests and protocols related to the Andrology laboratory.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Qualifications at this Level
Work requires a Bachelor's degree in botany, biology, zoology or other related scientific field.
Work requires one year of clinical/research experience in an In Vitro Fertilization Laboratory.
