Occupational Summary
The Athletics Analyst is responsible for a myriad of tasks including but not limited to serving as a key component in the assigned sport or program and providing operational execution for the coaching staff in practice and meeting planning, game plan creation and recruiting operations.
Work Performed
Assist the assigned position coach, coordinator, and/or coaching staff with the organization and creation of playbook and presentations for installation of scheme.
Assist the coaching staff with practice planning and organization.
Responsible for film breakdown and data entry of sport practices and games throughout the year
Track player growth using a variety of data, metrics, and technology to provide feedback and promote player growth.
Create reports regarding assigned sport scheme and tendencies throughout the year.
Assist the assigned coaching staff with the identification of prospects and recruiting organization.
Also assist with operations and execution recruiting as needed.
Required Qualifications at this Level
Education/Training
Work generally requires organizational, analytical and communication skills normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program.
Experience
Work generally requires a minimum of 1 year of working within a collegiate or high school sport program - preferably college
OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF REVELANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
