Occupational Summary
Supervise, coordinate and participate in a variety of duties involved in the administration of radiation therapy to patients.
Work Performed
Supervise, coordinate and participate in a variety of duties involved in the administration of radiation therapy to patients; schedule patients, process treatment forms and plan utilization of radiation therapy equipment, supplies and materials for the department.
Plan and schedule work for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
Interface with departmental personnel to solve problems concerning patient care, departmental policy and treatment procedures.
Compile data and prepare routine statistical reports.
Recommend various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions and vacation schedules.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
