Plan, develop, coordinate, perform and evaluate marketing research and communications-related activities and programs to promote Office Services Division.
Plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate various marketing research activities to identify customer needs and preferences in order to enhance Office Services delivery of services to the University; design survey instruments and coordinate the collection of data; compile information and prepare reports setting forth customer preferences and trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
Plan, develop, coordinate and direct a communications program to market and promote the Division's services to include activities such as developing a user's guide, advertising in campus publications, preparing brochures and developing other promotional vehicles.
Assist in development of public relations budget; prepare budgetary recommendations; monitor and control promotional expenditures to ensure guidelines are followed. Develop and coordinate activities to promote internal programs to include employee recognition, awards and commendations, special events and other items of interest to Office Services departments.
Assist in responding to information requests regarding services and procedures and preparation of materials and presentations for senior management, local press and regional organizations.
Maintain liaison with other University departments to coordinate media coverage in appropriate University publications; identify new employees for seminar programs introducing Office Services.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Qualifications at this Level
Work requires communications and analytical skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.
Work requires two years of experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, graphic designs, public relations or a related field to acquire skills necessary to plan and coordinate the promotion of in-house services and special events.
