Occupational Summary

Work across departments and programs to identify opportunities, implement solutions and create systems to improve end-to-end program quality, student experiences and alumni engagement.

Work Performed

Manage and coordinate a variety of special projects and administrative activities involved in strategic planning, analysis and the development programs and services.

Plan and coordinate public relations initiatives, international program development, contractual agreements and research activities.

Develop and maintain personal contact with prospective donors to promote their interest in the organization and to provide information concerning the utilization of funds; participate and coordinate fund raising and donation efforts for the organization.

As an internal consultant, assist in the establishment and implementation policies and procedures across programs; assist in the establishment of goals and objectives for programs and new initiatives.

Prepare articles or collaborate with others to prepare articles for journals, newsletters and promotional publications.

Review and analyze grant proposals and research projects as directed; participate in research projects to include obtaining internal review board approvals, analyzing data and preparing research publications.

Assist in the determination of fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations.

Represent the organization at meetings and conferences.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education/Training

Work requires a general business background generally equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a business related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience

Work requires four years of progressive experience in program management and administration.

A Master's degree in a business related field may be substituted for two years experience.
