LEADS THE DEVELOPMENT,DELIVERY & INTEGRATION OF MULTIPLE HR UNITS IN THE DELIVERY OF SVCS TO DIVERSE OPERATING UNITS ACROSS THE DUKE COMMUNITY.A SSISTS IN DEVELOPMENT,IMPLEMENTATION & EVALUATION OF CORPORATE HUMAN RES OURCE STRATEGY,ENSURING THE OVERALL INTEGRATION & ALIGNMENT OF SVCS WITH IN AGREED UPON PRIORITIES.
