Occupational Summary

Develop, oversee and maintain program management for the HIV Chaplaincy, SAMHSA and HRSA.

Work Performed

Develop systems and processes necessary for the recruitment, tracking, planning and execution of all projects including the development, implementation and execution of programs; evaluate and report on the programs and research.

Analyze trends; develop and maintain the programs for organizational learning and sharing of experiences internally and externally, including the periodic reports and press releases; collect and report data on the associated studies; maintain and develop communications with community partners, faith based organizations and government entities.

Form and attend Community Advisory boards (CABs) for client and partner and client participation for ongoing and prospective projects; maintain communication between regularly scheduled meetings; evaluate and implement (if appropriate) partner and CAB input in program development; oversee and maintain liaison between all parties concerned with the programs to facilitate changes and /or modifications.

Recruit, hire and oversee the staffing requirements of each program, including training and continuing education; perform various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals and vacation schedules.

Seek and apply funding sources to maintain programs and expand service areas, where appropriate; encourage the financial participation by corporate partners; arrange, manage and maintain relevant outsourcing relationships, including governmental and peer relationships.

Develop and maintain the timely completion of deliverables to all relevant funding and governing agencies, including funders; provide the programs to the requisite numbers of recipients; supervise all financial and budget matters for all programs.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education/Training

A master's degree in human services/spirituality and/or business/finance/economics.

Experience

4 years in management and program design. Experience in Governmental, Educational, and/or Business organizations. 2 years experience in pastoral care and counseling

OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
