Occupational Summary

Perform complex process analysis functions, documenting existing processes and making recommendations based on best practices for changes to improve operational effectiveness and cost savings.

Work Performed

Map current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities and improving business processes.

Document inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommend specific and innovative changes to effect improved efficiencies. Perform data collection and analysis to assess process performance.

Evaluate and recommend improvements/changes to management.

Define and quantify specific cost savings opportunities from instituting process changes; lead team efforts for analytical reviews.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education/Training

BA/BS degree in Business or related field.

Experience

Four years of related process analysis, activity assessment/redesign.

OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
