Occupational Summary

Work Performed

Oversee the exportation and implementation of the Duke curriculum at the Graduate Medical School (GMS) in Singapore. Serve as consultant to the Education Subcommittee of the Executive Oversight Committee at GMS. Oversee expenditures and Direct/Consult with technology team.

Liaison with education deans at GMS. Support Duke faculty who liaison with Singapore faculty. Host/train Singapore faculty at Duke. Travel to Singapore to conduct projects as necessary

Principle Investigator on a grant from the Duke Endowment. Responsible for all aspects of the grant. Generate progress reports and Measure outcomes. Produce publications for peer-reviewed journals

Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum management system. Supervise staff and ensure usability at GMS

Develop Medical School curriculum based on defined goals and objectives. Develop and conduct innovative pilot curriculum components or programs. Assist with the development of strategies and programs to enhance the teaching of faculty and residents.

Conduct educational research and generate reports and or publications accordingly.

Assist with the coordination of curriculum support activities provided by staffing the Office of Curriculum.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education/Training

Minimum of a Master's Degree in relevant field, PH.D preferred.
