Duke Benefits offers 2 options for newly eligible faculty who want to learn more about their benefits prior to enrolling within their 30 day enrollment window:

1. On Demand Pre-Recorded Presentation
2. Scheduled Virtual Orientation

On Demand Pre-Recorded Presentation

Faculty can view the pre-recorded presentation at their convenience. Please make sure you view the presentation within your first 2 weeks to allow time to enroll in benefits within the first 30 days of starting work. The Benefits Decision Guide provides a comprehensive overview of your benefits. Scheduled Virtual Orientation

Faculty preferring a "real time" orientation may attend one of our scheduled virtual orientations. Departmental HR representatives may use the form below to register newly eligible faculty to attend orientation. Please register interested faculty as soon as possible so that they have ample time to enroll in benefits within the first 30 days of starting work. Virtual orientations will be held on the dates and times listed below. If you have a faculty member who is newly eligible for benefits, please complete the form below and Duke Benefits will be in touch with you approximately 2 weeks in advance of orientation to provide you with meeting details for the webinar.

Note: This form is for faculty members only who are newly eligible for benefits. If the employee is already benefits eligible and is transferring into a faculty position the employee does NOT need to attend orientation.
