Bio:
Ceci came to Duke with over 13 year experience working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), where she was the Associate Director, Information Technology. Over the years, she managed different areas of their IT department including Technical Support & Data Center. During her tenure, she completed many projects, including roll-outs, upgrades (software/hardware), network & IT SOP harmonization, and a data center build/move. She worked closely with Clinical, Bio statistical, & Data Management teams to identify and implement the required resources. Cecialso has experience managing a large call center where she was responsible for a team handling 10,000 calls monthly.

Ceci joined Duke in 2010 part-time and in 2012 moved into a full-time position; she has held a few positions at Duke, including Research Aide, Project Coordinator/Family Support Worker, Data Manager, Analyst Programmer I, Analyst Programmer, Sr. She is currently a Manager, Information Systems with the Duke Office of Clinical Research (DOCR) where she provides training, consults and assists research teams with their data needs, including REDCap builds; she manages a team of 5 including Data Techs, Clinical Data Specialists, and Analyst Programmers I & II.
