Bio:
Jan Taylor is the Sr. Manager of Revenue Cycle and Strategic Decision Support for the Duke Department of Radiology. As a member of the Department's leadership team, the focus of her current role is to manage a wide spectrum of teams and projects aimed at executing fiscal, IT and clinical performance strategies. She is also an active member of several institution-wide leadership committees focusing on creative solutions to our dynamic ambulatory growth and reimbursement environment.

Jan has worked in healthcare her entire career, holding management positions in both the clinical operations and revenue cycle space. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration. Jan specializes in leading multidisciplinary teams and initiatives aimed at performance improvement. She co-developed and leads the Radiology Revenue Integrity Committee, a workgroup cited as an institutional "best practice" for collaborative revenue cycle management. Jan also works on several departmental and institution-wide IT, Analytics, and workflow redesign initiatives to support efficient clinical care. Her other interests include cooking (anything Italian please), sports (anything football and hockey please), and her loving family.
