Bio:
Jillian Hauser is a manager with the Performance Services department at Duke University Heath System supporting reputational data and analytics. She is also responsible for the clinical service management engineer team. She joined Performance Services in 2011 after earning both her bachelors and master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. Also while at North Carolina State University she received her certificate in Health Systems Engineering. Jillian loves to travel and spend time in her garden with her husband and two boys (3yo and 1yo).
