Bio:
Christie has over 20 years of experience in which over 15 years have been at Duke University and Health Systems. Her most recent position at Duke is with the Master of Biomedical Sciences degree program in the School of Medicine. She has been with this program since its inception in December 2014.

Christie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Systems from the University of Mount Olive. She also has a Master of Education in Training and Development from North Carolina State University.

When Christie is not working, she enjoys reading and creating memories with her daughter and family. She also volunteers as a Wish Granter with Make-a-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina.
