Bio:
Jennifer Vance has been with Duke Primary Care for 15 years and recently her role transitioned to an Operations Manager for Duke Health Access Services. She manages the Access Center for all Duke Primary Care practices including all Urgent Care locations. The Access Center team answers approximately 800,000 calls annually with its primary focus being patient appointment scheduling for all DPC practices. In addition to patient scheduling her responsibilities include other business operations processes such as template management, patient initiatives and provider access.

Outside of work, Jennifer is a devoted "Football Mom" and enjoys watching her oldest son Kristopher play college football in Virginia and is looking forward to watching her youngest son Jayden play football alongside his brother in college next year.
