Bio:
Nikita returned to Duke University Hospital in 2020. She has responsibility for nursing clinical, leadership, operational and quality performance for the Operating Rooms and Perianesthesia departments. Her career has spanned over 26 years in the Perioperative setting and she has served in clinical and administrative leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility throughout her career at various organizations in the Maryland and North Carolina Areas.

Nikita has been married for 16 years to her husband Reggie. They have a daughter, Kayla who is 14 and a son Nicholas who is 11. She enjoys spending time with her extended family and traveling. Nikita also enjoys home decorating and watching HGTV.

Nikita holds a BSN degree in Nursing and a Master's of Healthcare Leadership, both from Western Governor's University.

Nikita is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA).
