Bio:
Blake has been at Duke for five years working for the Office of the Duke Forest in a multi-faceted role as a fundraiser, communicator, community engagement lead, and administrator. His charge has been to create, administer, and grow the first fundraising program and first comprehensive communications strategy in the Forest's 90+ year history. He has worked with colleagues across the university to increase understanding about the importance of the Forest in Duke's history, present, and future. He has a master's degree in Community Practice Social Work with the Nonprofit Leadership Certificate from the University of North Carolina. He is a musician, embodiment guide, radio show host, and podcaster and lives in Hillsborough with his beloved and three lawless dogs.
