Bio:
Chrystal Benson has been an IT professional for over two decades spanning both Educational and Healthcare industries. She has numerous IT certifications and holds a Masters in Management of Clinical Informatics degree from Duke University. She currently leads Duke Health's Cloud Platform Architecture and Engineering teams. With a total of three cloud engineers and four cloud architects, also known as the Cloud Reliability Program, they focus on building cloud platforms to sustain and promote growing technologies and services.
