Bio:
Jillian Dirkes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Program Manager in the Duke Cancer Institute's Supportive Care & Survivorship Center and Center for Onco-Primary Care. Since 2016, she has overseen the growth of the Duke Smoking Cessation Program, developing inpatient and outpatient clinical services for the Duke University Health System. She is a Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Duke-UNC Tobacco Treatment Specialist Training Program and has coordinated observational and clinical research trials in smoking cessation. In 2023, she became the Program Manager for the Duke Cardio-Oncology Program and the Duke Cancer Institute Survivorship and Onco-Primary Care Programs, in addition to her continued work with the Duke Smoking Cessation Program.
