Bio:
Katherine "Kate" Fox is the Senior Program Manager of Population Health with specific oversight of Behavioral Health, Nutrition/Diabetes Education, and Lactation Consults in the primary care setting. Her primary responsibilities include policy and standard work development; training and clinical best practices; and developing innovative solutions to serve the Duke Primary Care patient population. Kate has proudly served the Duke family since 2017, working first in the Population Health Management Office, then transitioning to her current role in 2021. Prior to Kate's career at Duke, she worked in community behavioral health organizations.

Outside of her work at Duke, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Josh, and her dog, Meatball. Often planning fun excursions and gatherings with chosen family; connecting with family in the Durham area.
