Bio:
Bhargav Adagarla is a Senior Informaticist at Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI). In this role, he provides data solutions and technology support to government-funded multi-center clinical research programs. These include RADx-UP, a consortium of COVID-19 testing studies focused on under-served populations and, IGNITE II, a clinical trials network focused on implementation of genomics in healthcare. Since joining DCRI in 2017, he has also led initiatives to create a resource providing DCRI researchers access to Duke Electronic Health Record data and is currently working on an effort to migrate DCRI data workloads to Microsoft Azure cloud.
