Bio:
Kristina Balderson is the Research Practice Manager for the Department of Pediatrics. She provides day to day operational oversight of clinical research activities and personnel management within the Children's Clinical Research Unit. She works with study teams and leadership to ensure good clinical practice as well as compliance with departmental, institutional, state, and federal policy and regulations. She started in this role in spring of 2022 but has been a clinical research professional at Duke since 2006.
