Bio:
Elizabeth McCamic is a Project Manager on the Research Communications and Engagement Team at the Duke Clinical Research Institute. She serves as a project manager and supports the communications efforts for two large research networks, PCORnet and the NIH Pragmatic Trials Collaboratory. Elizabeth joined the Duke Clinical Research Institute in 2021, and in her role, Elizabeth coordinates the work of team members in content development, website creation, graphic design, social media, and develops the overall communications strategy for research projects and clinical trials. A former editor at The Charlotte Observer, Elizabeth holds a BA in English and Creative Writing and earned a MA in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC- Chapel Hill. In her free time, she enjoys travel, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and children.
