Bio:
My name is Rodney Cozart and I'm the Senior Manager of the OIT Service Desk. In my 12 years at Duke
University, I've held several positions within the OIT Service Desk. My team and I strive very hard to
provide the best customer service experience to the Duke Community daily. I've enjoyed expanded the Service
Desk services and support over the years by adding a 24X5 support schedule, increasing student equipment
loaner pool, working with Duke Life on the student laptop program, just to name a few. I'm excited about the
future, as I'm looking at ways to bring AI in the support model and try to create the best customer
experience as possible.
In my free time, I enjoy training and traveling in the Summer with my AAU basketball team.
