Kayla Schneider is a HR Strategic Business Partner with over a decade of progressive experience in human resource management including talent management, employee relations, and training and development.

Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Masters of Professional Studies degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
