Bio:
Jordan Butler began his career in healthcare over ten years ago, spending several years at Cape Fear Valley Health System. After relocating to Raleigh, Jordan joined Duke as a Patient Service Associate at Duke Urgent Care Brier Creek. In his first two years, Jordan discovered both his natural skill and strong passion for delivering high quality work and a great patient experience. He then transitioned to Duke Urgent Care Croasdaile as the Service Access Team Lead. In his time there, he has learned how to share his skill and passion with his team, representing front desk operations on the Clinic Leadership Team and being a trusted lead for the Croasdaile PSA's. Jordan is most proud of his team's improvements of their registration quality and smooth rollouts for new processes, setting an excellent example for the Duke Urgent Care network. In 2022, Jordan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiance, dog, and cat while exploring Raleigh.
