Bio:
Lauren Woods, and I joined Duke in 2009. I currently serve as a Team Lead with the Population Health Management Office + DukeWELL, leading a dynamic team of dedicated individuals who provide outreach and care coordination interventions for patients recently discharged home from the hospital with a goal of reducing avoidable readmissions and ensuring patients receive the follow-up care and resources they need. I learn something new every day and enjoy being in an environment that supports ongoing growth and development. I completed my undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2009 and obtained a Masters in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University in 2017. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my teenage daughter, listening to music, and salsa dancing.
