Bio:
Patricia Hege is the Director of Admissions and Student Services for the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP). She began her career at Duke TIP in 1994 and since joining the organization has worked in a variety of roles serving as the program coordinator for academic talent searches, Assistant Director of Educational Programs, and Director of Project Management.

In her current role as the Director of Admissions and Student Services, Patricia oversees the administration of the academic talent searches, the admissions process for all educational programs, and office operations. Most recently, Patricia has completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Patricia earned her B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
