Bio:
Michael Evans joined the School of Nursing in 2012 and is responsible for leading the School's internal and external communications, brand development and student recruitment marketing programs. In this capacity, his team manages a portfolio of communication channels that include traditional printed collateral materials, digital, video
and social media platforms.

Prior to coming to Duke, Michael's career has included a variety of public relations, communication and marketing leadership roles that have included international corporations, public relations and advertising agencies, business associations and serving as Chief Communications
Officer for the North Carolina's largest public school system in Wake County. Michael graduated from The Ohio State University and will earn his M.Ed. from North Carolina State University later this spring.
