Bio:
Francisco (Cisco) Ramos is the Manager of Program Evaluation and Assessment for The Graduate School at Duke University. In this role, Dr. Ramos utilizes his experience as a scholar, policy analyst, and university administrator to:

* Direct The Graduate School's student learning outcomes assessment program
* Provide leadership in developing evaluation processes and systems
* Supervise the implementation of the Career Outcomes Data System
* Co-supervise the external review process for all 74 academic departments and programs
* Teach graduate-level academic career development courses

Prior to joining Duke University, Dr. Ramos was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Ramos completed his PhD in Education Policy Studies at Indiana University. He also holds a MS in International and Comparative Education from Indiana University, and a BA in History from the Honors Program at the University of Michigan.
