Bio:
Dr. Nicki Charles is the Director of International Recruitment for Summer Session and is responsible for directing the Summer College/Academy for High School Students programs at Duke as well as the Leadership Academy in China. Prior to joining Duke Summer Session, Dr. Charles developed programs around the world for Duke's Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP). Dr. Charles brings a unique perspective to international program development as she has worked in international education for over 18 years in Finland, the Czech Republic, China and Egypt.
