Bio:
As Director of Budgets & Financial Analysis, Zach actively manages the financial and business processes for the Sanford School of Public Policy. He has a B.A. from The University of Iowa (2007) and an M.B.A. from The University of Mississippi (2014). Prior to Duke, Zach spent several years living in Iowa working in Healthcare Administration and transitioned into University Administration (Sanford) after moving to North Carolina in 2012. His strong desire to learn and push for increased efficiencies have streamlined Sanford's financial infrastructure and provided senior leadership the financial transparency needed to make strategic decisions. Zach enjoys the outdoors and frequently travels with his wife Stephanie and two kids: Titus (3yr) & Lehn (1yr). He is also a big fan of Duke Basketball, closely following every game. Home improvement projects are also one of his hobbies and both he and his wife are currently restoring a historic 1900 era home to become their residence in Cary.
