Bio:
Brenda Ratliff is Assistant Director of Enterprise Systems & Support in the Office of Information Technology at Duke University. She provides technical oversight for Student Information Services and Systems (SISS), which includes PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Perceptive Content and Tableau Analytical reporting. Prior to joining Duke, Brenda worked as Director of the Americas Region for The Body Shop. Here she was responsible for technical oversight of SAP business applications, as well as data center management. While at Duke, Brenda has participated in outside organizations such as Ivy+ and Higher Education User Group (HEUG). During her time with the HEUG, she has chaired the Technical Architecture Group as well as the Technical Track for the annual Alliance conference.
