Bio:
Deb Wojcik serves as Director of Graduate Student Programs and Services at the Pratt School of Engineering. In this role, she and her team are charged with ensuring an exceptional student experience throughout the student lifecycle, from admissions and recruiting, active student engagement and support, graduate communications and intercultural programs, and career services and professional development. Prior to this, Deb directed the Career & Professional Development Center at the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke and the Emmett Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources at Stanford. She has over 20 years of experience educating and developing others, leading teams, and developing data-driven strategies to accelerate organizational success. Deb earned Bachelor of Science, Master of Environmental Management, and Master of Arts in Teaching degrees from Duke, her PhD from the University of Florida, and completed postdoctoral research at Stanford University.
